Alicia is a visionary leader, expert connector, keynote speaker and strategic advisor who is passionate about creating a more equitable future for all. For over 20 years, she has enjoyed a diverse career in media and marketing, working with some of the world’s most recognizable brands and thought leaders throughout her corporate career and as an entrepreneur.

In 2017, Alicia pivoted from a high profile career in entertainment and media to forge a new path and disrupt the Chicago market by opening EvolveHer as the city's first event + work space designed for women. EvolveHer hosted over 750 events at its award-winning space, featuring top female leaders such as Elaine Welteroth & Hilary Clinton. Alicia and her team leveraged their media and event production expertise to curate custom brand experiences for their clientele including Forbes, Amazon Studios, Nike, Omnicom, Pinterest, Marsh, TransUnion, Bumble and WNBA. EvolveHer was recognized by top publications including Goop, Crain’s Business, AdWeek, INC and Chicago Tribune.

In March 2021, The EvolveHer Community was acquired by AllBright, a global career network for working women. Alicia recently launched her third business EvolveHer Media, where she is working as CEO and advises purpose driven thought leaders and small businesses on business + brand development, talent management, digital media and growth strategy. She channels her enthusiastic energy and collaborative spirit into her work and uses a co-creation model to help her clients start, scale or evolve their businesses.

Before launching EvolveHer, Driskill held positions at multiple Fortune 100 companies in the media and entertainment space, including Vice President of Global Partnerships at WME | IMG, one of the world's most innovative companies where she managed the Global Partnerships team in the Midwest & West Coast markets. She also worked as Vice President, Digital Sales at Live Nation and held executive roles at People.com & OMD. During her time in these roles, Driskill developed her passion for advocating for the advancement of women, which led her to serve as a founding team member of the Together Live Tour and lead business development for the women’s event Pearl xChange, co-founded by Nicole Richie & Ramey Warren.

Driskill’s been recognized throughout her career for her achievements as well as her ability to build community and commitment to philanthropy. Alicia was awarded a NAWBO Corporate Woman of Achievement award in 2021, recipient of the Talent Development Award from Women Tech Founders in 2019, awarded the 2018 Diversity & Inclusion Impact Award by For Women & Diversity (FWD) and recognized as one of Chicago Inno’s 50 on Fire. Alicia is actively involved in the entrepreneurial community as Goldman Sachs 10k Small Business Alumna and continues her advocacy and social impact work in her role of Member of the Board of Directors for Prismatic, a non-profit focused on activating leadership potential in youth through an infusion of social emotional skill-building with career development education, and previously an Advisory Board Member for DePaul University's Women’s Entrepreneurship Institute (WEI).
