Shane Steele is an advisor, investor and marketing executive with a passion for building iconic brands. Through her advisory firm, Shane has helped founders and early-stage companies build and scale their businesses from seed stage through IPO, providing expertise and execution across brand, product and growth. Over the course of her 25+ year career, she’s led marketing teams for global brands including Dropbox, Airbnb, Twitter, and Coca-Cola and most recently she was Chief Marketing Officer of real estate marketplace Sundae. Shane began her career as a consultant at Accenture and as a Creative Lead at Sapient. She graduated from Cornell University where she received a B.S. in psychology and contributed to several published studies in the field of behavioral psychology focused on biases in judgment and decision-making. Shane’s love for marketing began in high school thanks to an internship in the brand marketing department at Lego in her hometown of Enfield, CT.
