Doug Jensen is Senior Vice President, GTM Analytics & Activation and Learning COE within the Enterprise Marketing & Data function at The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC). Doug oversees creation of action plans and drives capability building and best practice adoption for the company. Doug’s responsibilities include Go-to-Market analytics and activation to assist brands and regions to react to changing consumer behavior and competitive threats; driving the company consumer data, CRM and retention/loyalty marketing strategies; marketing mix modeling and other measurement productivity tools to help guide the company to measure and track its advertising and spend performance; global market share reporting; social media listening and measurement in the paid / owned / earned space. Doug leads Enterprise Marketing & Data learning strategy, deployed through the ELC-ownable and curated “Art of” training series. He also leads the function’s MarTech strategy and deployment & education technology initiatives. Doug joined ELC in 2013.
