Jen Caballero is Associate Director, Colgate Toothpaste Marketing. She leads commercial strategy and 5P execution to drive profitable category growth in Oral Care. She enjoys coaching her team to bring out the highest potential of each individual. Jen joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2013 and has worked across Oral Care, Personal Care, and Home Care in Sales, Category Management, Shopper Marketing and Brand Marketing. Jen most recently led strategy for Multicultural and Shopper Marketing working on bringing DE&I to life through our brands and commercial execution with our retailers. Prior to Colgate, Jen worked in Sales and Supply Chain at Kimberly-Clark. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Marketing and Operations & Supply Chain Management from Marquette University. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, adventure travel and exploring new places with friends.
