Kelly Mooney is an entrepreneur, gender equity advocate, author, and creator of 100 Days for Women. As Founder and CEO of Equipt Women, she helps organizations build a diverse leadership pipeline. She was the CEO and co-owner of the nation’s largest independent digital agency and sold that business to IBM, where she was named IBM’s first Chief Experience Officer. Kelly wrote two books: The Open Brand (2008), foreseeing the impact of social media on brand building, and The Ten Demandments (2002), expressing the newly empowered voice of the Internet-enabled consumer. She serves on the boards of public and private companies. She lives in Santa Barbara with her husband of 3 decades and has two thriving adult children and a dog named Kitty.
