She is passionate about advancing inclusion and belonging for members of underrepresented groups. She has hosted developmental workshops and speaking engagements to facilitate the sharing of our unique lived experiences, and provides 1:1 mentorship supporting inclusion and career advancement.

Kolleen has held executive leadership roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies, has a degree in Interpersonal + Public Communication, and a certification in Growth and Success coaching.
