As your career advances, career planning can become more daunting and even more essential. Members of our community question how long they should stay at their company, how to position their skills for reinvention, and whether to switch industries. People consider going to smaller companies for bigger roles or bigger companies for larger budgets. Some consider the idea of moving out of the marketing or advertising industries altogether.
