Lauren is a results-driven marketing leader, currently focused on building audience and distribution strategies at BlackRock. Her role is to use data to connect consumers and clients with the BlackRock brands (BlackRock, iShares and Aladdin) via the right touchpoints, at the right time, with the right message. She is responsible for revolutionizing traditional marketing for the asset manager, scaling strategic and innovative solutions and overseeing cross-channel executions with partners worldwide.
Women occupy many of the most powerful positions in marketing today. Does this change the structure, culture and results of marketing organizations? We are particularly interested in how women are hired, managed, and promoted differently from men. As we redefine the workplace are we promoting the qualities of women?
Our final session aspires to be action oriented: let’s synthesize the Summit’s discussions into a set of principles that are actionable. What will we do differently?
